What he will do when the Big Leagues throw 4 million at him? Run from it to become a great Clemson QB & play for Monte or take the money?

Also has Will been asked the same question?

Interesting that both are helping in camp and Dabo doesn't seem too concerned about the QB backup... Just saying.

However, if Bubba does indeed come to Clemson and earns DJU's #2, then he'll never see the field for Monte... Did DJ? Will would be the same but he might have a chance to play baseball.

Haven't heard from Will but Bubba had made the 2 mil comment when asked by reporters but later just said he'd know when he knew. Remember. David Hood did that article from a baseball game.

Everything I heard from sources covering baseball recruiting is that he’s got his $$ amount pegged and all indications are that MLB teams will hit that mark. The weirdness is that the draft is in July otherwise I don’t think Chandler would be at Clemson right now. There’s something in those Hills so who knows.

Don't they have to move in somewhere around the 3rd week in June? I agree with you. They probably both know exactly what MLB is going to give them. Sure they've had 100 agents bending their ear... So I'm trying to take it all as a positive.

The good thing is they can get tons of insurance. I really thinks it comes down to whether or not he's ready to enter the workplace. Sounded a little bit from David's article that mom and dad would be pleased to see him come to college... It only happens once. The money will be there.

Nobody knows for sure because the players themselves have not made a decision. Why not be patient letting the process play out instead of constant speculation?

Bubba about 1 % chance ever plays at Clemson

Will: 50/50. He is doing Clemson camp then heading on tour to visit with some MLB Teams. I can tell you his grand mommas went him at Clemson. His sister is transferring to Clemson from Anderson. Great family. All our kids grew up together at Irmo Little league,

I'm hoping both make it but it's doubtful. Thanks for posting about Will. They are a great family from everything I've heard.

I'm pulling for Gilbert to win today. One of Olenchuk best friends is on the team. Will's played a lot of ball with all them guys. I'm hoping that Ricky and Ty etc along with his sister will help get him on campus but Will's on another level than them...

Still hoping they make the decision to enjoy college first.
