actually been better than I thought, consindering a new offensive line and somewhat new secondary. Also, road games at Notre Dame, FLorida State, Virginia Tech, and a Miami at home looked challenging.

I think the injuries have been a big challenge, but may become a blessing in disguise. I'll tell you I hate losing Skalski, Jones and Venables for one minute, but am so excited about the way Levonta Bentley, Kane Patterson and Keith Maguire are playing. Wow, along with Spector, we might have the best linebacker crew in the nation. ANd don't get me started on Trenton Simpson. Why in the heck was he a last minute offer????? We landed a great one there. And the secondary looks to be getting stronger each week. Just love to see Booth on the field.

Still, one of the most disappointing things about this year has been not getting to play South Carolina and Florida State. Both would have likely been blowouts and it would have been sixth straight over FSU and seventh straight on South Carolina.


Just for fun, what do you think would have been a realistic score vs those two? Consider the way the teams were playing at the time the game would have been played and the injuries to both, etc.

I feel like we would have beaten South Caroliina 54-10
I feel like we would have beaten Florida State 51-17

We would have scored a TD on every possession with both.

Scar probably 42-0 at half
FSU, maybe 31-3 at half

Dju would have scored at minimum 2 TD on each and helms would have scored on SC.
