The Blue Heron in downtown Pendleton which is 10-15 minutes outside of Clemson is very good. Also last time I was there I ran into Dabo.

Laugh all you want but I really liked that place.
But Charleston Pub is pretty good if you can find parking.

Loved the sizzler in the 80’s! It was still open when we dropped off our kid at Clemson in August 2010. We had to eat there that day ?

Pixie and Bills is the best dollar for dollar. But you should get reservations now if you plan to go after Duke game. Service staff is usually students and they can have a high turonver but Pixies has been good at keeping consistency in the kitchen.

She wants to try Rick Erwins - it sounds good even if pricey.
Main thing is Tigers win Saturday. Everything will taste better then.
