Gen Z will come back when they figure out you can't make a living in a legitimate company with a major in Gender Studies and running around virtue signaling to everyone. That bullchit generates ZERO revenue and is an expense. Hiring, firing, and promotions should be based on merit and your ability to provide a service that helps your employer make a profit.
Work actually requires 'work.'

eliminate minimum wage, continue to defund higher education, tilt the tax brackets in favor of higher incomes, and continue putting more subsidies into coal power. I know these are all issues that Gen Z is fully in support of.
