Pretty meh age.
Trying to cling to my 30's as best I can.
Wife and I get along good these days.
Kids are getting older and stay active in sports... They're fun to hang out with and don't cause much trouble.
I gained back the 40 pounds I lost last year when I quite Keto.
I believe I may have developed a nut allergy last week. Carrying an epipen around until results from allergist visit.
Making good money at work and enjoy my job.
Sat in a deer stand a total of 30 minutes this year and have seen 50+ deer and put three in the freezer.
I have a very few close friends that I text with multiple times a day.
I have a larger circle of friends, many of which were made in the Lounge.
My brother is my best friend, and luckily only live about 2 miles apart.
Grandparents are all gone, both parents still alive and kicking strong.
Things are going good for me. Hopefully I can close out this circle around the sun and enjoy a few more.

my midlife crisis. I keep thinking about death, preventing death, how much longer do I have with my parents, oh I got a raise, let's buy the wife a new car....look, that kayak looks nice, you only live once. I got my root wet last night, so that was nice.

30 is the best age, but 40 is good too. You don't have to think of your age at 40 for a long time again.

Between 38 and 47 you can look forward to your metabolism slowing ridiculously, recovery time from workouts and strenuous activity taking 3x as long, more hair falling out, and an inexplicable need to pee once or twice a night from that prostate enlarging ever so slowly. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUDDY
