Repubs would never win another presidential election if that were overturned.

Once Obama weaponized the FBI, CIA, and NSA against domestic political opponents, a Republican wasn’t supposed to ever win the Presidency again ever anyway. So yeah, just suck it.

the 2016 election to aide Trump, and they are doing it again.
Trump wants to be like his daddy Putin, they both want authoritarian rule. Trump has repeatedly stated he wants to remain President without any term limits. Any American who had fathers or grandfathers who fought and died to end authoritarian rule in Germany and Italy in WWII should be smart enough to know that absolute power corrupts absolutely.
How can anyone support a President that cares about nothing but himself? He is the most disingenuous narcissistic President we have had in my 62 years of this earth. His constant lying has created "Fact Checks" by almost every news outlet (TV and print) after every speech he makes. The total count so far is over 20,000 false or misleading comments from Trump since becoming President. You can google the number on the internet.

Maybe it should be.
Not arguing for or against abortion itself, but was this necessarily the Court's purview to decide? This would seem to be more an issue of state's rights...and the legality or illegality of the issue might be better-decided on a state-by-state basis.
Just saying'. Consider the consequences if Roe were overturned. Blue states would preserve their abortion access, red states would likely ban it. Which never actually works in practice; South Carolina, for instance, made fireworks legal and tattoo parlors illegal...which for years resulted in a boatload of fireworks warehouses on our side of the border, while tattoo parlors in Gastonia, NC, and Commerce, Georgia made absolute bank. We're seeing similar issues with legalized pot.
Eventually South Carolina caved on tattoos...and everybody's starting to cave on pot.
Women, ultimately, are going to be the ones who decide that particular issue...one way or another. Not courts. And certainly not the Federal government.
Liberals like to think globally and come up with pie-in-the-sky Federal mandates, but the real (and permanent) solutions are usually local. Just my .02 worth.

incredibly wrong decision. I just don't see any evidence that it would be overturned. I'd say the court is more like 3 different justices away right now from it being a possibility.

I don't post often but read here quite a bit. Generally I disagree with your viewpoints, but I just wanted to take the opportunity to say that you are dead on with this one.

All the bullchit in this thread about law, preference, state rights and somehow we've been able to completely avoid the real question. Do unborn children have rights? Are they human? Are they people?

Planned Parenthood has killed more black and low income people than all our wars put together. That was Planned Parenthood's goal from the start. Their founder said that over and over.

Christian votes for years. They’re just using people for votes.
It will not be overturned.
Look at the current court. Majority allegedly conservative.
Yet they have voted pro-gay.
They’ll never rule against abortion.
It’s a flimsy as hail interpretation of the law but since it is what allows abortion in our country, it will never be overturned.
Why don’t people get this?
