O-line, WR drops, CB playing 8 yards off the ball making it easier to complete short passes, getting D calls in at the last minute, and tackling.

We need an experienced back up that has played with the 1st team not a freshman that is put in with the 2nd and 3rd string.
If so, send him to practice at Daniel.

That's pretty funny since DJ can't score 50 on pretty much the same caliber defenses with significantly better talent around him. He has trouble scoring 30 against any team.

After game 1, I was on the “give Cade a bigger chance train”.
Having said that, DJ looked light years better over the past two games.
I believe DJ has cemented his position on QB1, and the rest of the offense is coming along as well. I’m glad to see it. I hope the OL keeps improving along with the young WRs.

We haven’t played a team with a “pulse” yet. DJ has drastically improved and am proud of him. Hopefully he doesn’t get dinged or relapses to last year when we play better teams. We’ve put all of our eggs in one basket and that is our coaches call. I’d hoped Cade would get more reps to be ready if needed, hopefully he won’t. The tune up games are over.

So true we gave starting QB now now battle. Hunter's back in Tiger Town he's better than DJ. Cade will get better if they stop giving him same plays to run. Furman knew the plays Cade was going to run even before Cade ran them.

Cade looks pretty darn good, especially when considering he is playing with 2nd and 3rd string players. One of his drives last week was impacted by a totally unnecessary Hold by Pace I'm confident that Cade is ready if DJU falters.
I'm not a DJ hater. I love the kid and am pulling for him to do well. But like EVERY position on the field, we play to a standard. And when a player struggles, it is next man up. Cade is ready to be the next man up.
And yes, I realize WRs need to catch the ball and OL needs to block. But QB needs to process tge field and release the ball quickly - in less than 2 seconds.
