I wish we wore the classic navy/purplish blue. i don't when or how purple became a thing.

i know it existed before Bowden, but i really think it was the mid-2000s that forever made it a thing

Some idiot coach - I think it started in, you guessed it - our infamous basketball team and it went from there.


I know Danny worn a navy windbreaker - but that was a completely different story & unrelated to our colors.

There is NO navy ever deemed a "school color" unless you go back into the 19aughts . . .
