They recruit well. They will continue to make it to the CFPs every 3 or 4 years where they will inevitably lose. But they are a solid program and you can pencil them in for 10 wins a year and a decent bowl.

They run through a weak schedule which inflates their win total. Reality hits when they get to the post season and there’s actual competition. I mean they’ve got a nice program and all, and their talent is really neat … but elite? Pfft.

Yeah I’d say them Amd Ohio Star are at the top of the third tier of programs…Bama is in the top tier by themselves…we are in the second tier by ourselves and then the third tier is comprised of UGA and Ohio State…they are consistently good but can’t win it all like Bama and then us!!! Nothing wrong with that though!!!

They're a solid program that every once in a while can make a run and play with the big boys.

But, they waste a ton of talent and never seem to be able to reach the "elite" status their fans desperately crave.

Kirby is a perfect fit.
