Just passing on this information to you..
I’ll be going with my Clemson friends to Charlotte and they are NOT happy about this. I have been telling them (and on this board) that Kirby looks for all the advantages and this is another example. The countdown clocks and now this.
We are now just a little over 2 months away and I keep wondering if Clemson is going to do anything? Is Dabo hiding something?
How does this jersey change impact the line? Also, what will the line be by game day?

Kirby isn’t nearly creative enough for this “out of the box” thinking…
Honestly - I’m worried about what else that football genius Muschamp has planned for the Tigers (especially given his history of success against Clemson.)

What I’m saying is I don’t know (not sure anyone knows yet) who is the home team and who is the away team.
But, what I AM SAYING is that it makes NO DIFFERENCE if UGA is the home team OR away team because they are breaking out the BLACK jerseys.
If people would just fully read what I said that might clear any confusion up.
UGA has the countdown clocks and now black jerseys.
I just have not seen Dabo do one thing like this to help Clemson. Do you guys have any ideas and/or concerns about this?
Dabo has proven to be a good coach and his record speaks for itself, but I don’t understand if he is holding something back or if he just got caught not being prepared

Bulldog, Dabo does not do uniform gimmicks. Clemson Football wears their business suits. Home games are orange tops with white bottoms. Away games are white tops with white bottoms. At the end of the season the team will transition to orange pants for the Championship phase. You seem to not realize that this is a normal season opener for Clemson football. Dabo had his normal goals and win the opener is one of them.

I remember a while back that Clemson got a coach who put away all those new color combinations and put away the new style pinstripe jerseys nd pants and kept it simple. We went to orange on white at home and white on white away, orange pants when playing for championships and purple for military appreciation... no special combos or jerseys for special games or TV. No purple and orange, orange and purple, white and purple or purple and whit, etc etc etc. It has worked well for him so far.
The only radar UGa's jersey choice shows up on is my "I don't care" radar. It is about the dudes in the jerseys. It will be a great game to start the season.

Please let me put your worried puppy mind to rest! Dabo is training his stallions to be the best they can be on the football field day in and day out, which will in time carry over to real life. Kirby on the other hand is worried about a fashion show- which carries over to the best dressed Georgia player in the courtroom-they would be on the wrong side of the law- not as a lawyer!

It's just another gimmick in a long line of gimmicks used by the Jawja Leg Humpers to make up for their boneheaded play calling when the big game is on the line. The razzle dazzle can't hide the stench of a five dollar hooker and years of bad decisions. I suspect they will also be flopping on the ground in the third and fourth quarter to stop the clock. We're not amused.

Every little edge, no matter how small, can help. I think it has helped Clemson through the years with the orange jerseys.
Am I wrong?
When I play golf, I have 2 shirts that I feel intimidate about 60-65% of the guys I play with (and especially strangers who have never played with me)
But, I think Clemson using the orange jerseys has proven to be effective.
Kirby using the countdown clocks and now black jerseys is a real coup and I still think Dabo is going to try to come up with something to counter what Kirby has done.
