Who gets the recruiting coordinator gig?

Reed deserves it but I don’t think he’d want it so I’d expect it to go to a younger coach like Spiller or Grisham.

He needs to learn how to coach WRs before he gets other jobs. I think it goes to Reed or Conn.

Grisham is getting a bad rap. Amari and Powell made real strides under him. The Collins' came a long way as freshmen, and they were the only guys healthy all year other than Ajou, who was just a bust.

Grisham was lead recruiter on both Collins and Williams and Randall this year.

Ladson hurt both Grisham's years as coach. Ngata and EJ as well. Spector out all year. Taylor out. Stellato out. How can you determine whether he can coach or not when his room was 2 freshmen and walkons due to attrition?
