my family bought to build on. This one ran on propane. It was called a 'Destroy-let'.
When you closed the lid it would fire up. Smelled like a burning skunk stuffed with human hair.

I guess you can charge more for a “tiny home”

Went and looked at the tiny home community near Grr and it was a cross between an RV campground and a trailer park. Gravel road and lots of bare dirt. Is there a tax advantage to leaving the wheels on?

The tiny home I Air BnBed in in Tennessee was stick build and very nice, just small. We used to have another name for those too - cottage
