Thanks. I knew there would be pressure for them to step in. I guess we’ll see if they can actually accomplish anything. Not likely but miracles do happen.

It won't happen, but it has happened before. In 1956 the governor of Florida forced UF and FSU to play.

The state legislature required Clemson and USC to play in 1952 when the Southern Conference banned Clemson from playing any conference games. So they might be able to do that again.
