My 8th grader runs today in the AAA 4x800m relay at the SCHSL state championships. She seems a bit jittery. Her dad on the other hand? He feels like he has a 50 sea monster tearing up the inside of his stomach right now. I just want her to do well and have fun doing it.

Of course this does happen in Cootlumbia. Any tips for disinfecting the family when we get home this evening?

As far as disinfectant - just wear your tiger gear and they'll drop like flies! You know, kinda how they did against Hunter Renfrow!

Good luck to your daughter (and you) have a safe and wonderful trip. Lastly nothing short of a bleach bath will disinfect the coot stench of that place. I don't suggest that, but time will heal is a good second option.
