THE SUPREME FRIKKICN COURT IS JOUNGE WORTHY!

Plus, I think they may have jurisdiction too.

I guess if you think the Supreme Court is a joke or other stuff.

Apr 7, 2017, 2:09 PM [ in reply to Sorry, I just feel that ]

I always thought a man worthy of your stature would have respected the Supreme Court enough to post about it in Politics.

Just like I respect a Taco Bell Burrito Supreme, even my wife's old Cutlass Supreme, and especially Bojangles Chicken Supremes. These things matter... they're not a joke and they are certainly not lunge worthy.

They'll always be an asterisk next to his name since it's a stolen seat.

The cognitive dissonance of the Republicans is astounding. Truly astounding. The fact that they refused to even give Garland a hearing was a despicable display, spitting in the face of tradition. Then, when they couldn't even get the 60 required votes for Gorsuch, they had to rewrite the rule book for themselves. A truly sad state of affairs that it had to come to this. Mitch McConnell is a disgusting excuse for a public servant.

play were initiated by the Democrats.

Nuclear Option - Harry Reid...

Senate Hearings - Crazy Uncle Joe Biden:

When Vice President Biden – now the President of the Senate – was U.S. Senator Biden, he served as the Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee. As Chairman, he led the efforts in 1987 to prevent the confirmation of President Reagan’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Robert Bork, stating, “The framers clearly intended the Senate to serve as a check on the president and guarantee the independence of the judiciary. The Senate has an undisputed right to consider judicial philosophy.”

Nice spinage yourself

Reid was forced to do what he did after the republicans unprecedented obstructionist tactics at that time. Half of the appointees filibustered in the HISTORY OF THE COUNTRY were during his term. That's patently absurd. Dems had little choice after turtle face and the gang went full on crazy and blew up the whole system.

Also your second article (clearly from a right wing biased source of course) misrepresented the Bork situation. The bottom line is he still got a hearing. He was voted down and it did open some new doors but he at least got a vote. The same can't be said for Garland. My original post is accurate.
