For what it’s worth FM ...... a totally agree with you on this. Basketball isn’t a game of perfection but being a fan is I guess. I really like the way the entire team played last night.

its not complaining just stating the facts ; basketball has been bad under Brownell ; last year was just a lucky break that transfers worked out ; you can't build a solid program on transfers ; and Brownell has proven since he's been H C he's no recruiter .

-We had one of our best seasons in Clemson basketball history in 2017-2018 (last year was one of just three Sweet 16 seasons ever)
-Two seniors from that team are now playing professionally. One chose Clemson over Michigan, West Virginia, and other top basketball schools (Grantham), while the other was a Parade All-American in high school (Devoe). Brownell recruited both of them.
-Three seniors on this year's team transferred to Clemson. One was a four star, top 30 recruit coming out of high school (Thomas). Another was a four star, top 100 recruit coming out of high school (Mitchell). The other was overlooked by all of the big programs coming out of high school (Reed). All were recruited by Brownell as transfers, as they could've gone many places and they chose us. Getting transfers still counts as recruiting.
-Brownell's winning percentage at Clemson is well above our historical average.
-Brownell's ACC winning percentage is the best in Clemson basketball history.
Also, let's not forget that under Brownell, we have had the highest graduation rate and highest team GPA in Clemson basketball history. We have also had no off-the-court issues with players getting in trouble, and no NCAA investigations or sanctions. Our players are also very involved in the community.
Those are the facts, since you seem to be very interested in them.
