It’s popular to say the Tigers were ‘pummeled’ in the game last year because we had no offense. In fact, I credit 2 of Bama’s TDs to their defense. Our defense played okay, particularly considering they seemed to always be in the hole. These interviews with defensive players don’t point that out.
Tigers offense this year is better (of course theirs is too!) and I don’t think we will be held out of the end zone. BTW, I believe our defense is better this year, too!
I am looking forward to Monday! Go Tigers!

in a 10-6 game with our offense moving on Bama side of the field. Unfortunately, I think Bama scores more this year for three reasons.
1. They have a much better offense with Tua at the controls and their balanced offense with excellent rushing and passing game.
2. Dexter is out
3. Our secondary is not as good

Not so sure about your reasons Clemson loses this year.
1. Alabama is better b/c they are more balanced, but Clemson is too.
2. Big Dex is out, and he will be missed. But he was not 100% last year and really wasn’t a big factor. Huggins at 100% is probably very close to Big Dex last year.
3. It is popular to say CU secondary is not good. True that they had a bad game against SC, but there were several plays that were close to being broken up...one I remember in particular Muse narrowly missed a PBU that went for a long TD. Plus, I don’t remember Bentley missing an open receiver. He usually can go through a game without missing a few sure long gains/TD!
Anyway, they will play, and we’ll find out soon! Go Tigers!

Murray threw for over 400 yards against Bama secondary! Now I know he is better than Bentley, but....!

Good point! I bet the team ain't having near the concern that our fan base is about Dex being out bc, they know that a good team member will be filling that spot that can play the game. They also understand that one man don't make a team, and they trust in their coaches to figure it out and guide them in the right direction that will lead them to being the best they can be, and that's how they will play the game!!! Many teams have won the NCG with just a good Defense and a great offense, and there is no reason that we can't do the same!!!

I live in Texas and y'all might not find this so funny, but I did.
In the state championship games which are all played at Jerry World in Arlington, there was a 2A team that was just rolling everybody. They beat good teams by 40 to 60 points in the playoffs. In the state title game, they won big scoring 77 points on their poor opponent which had played 16 games to earn a berth in the title game.
Fans held up a couple of signs saying "we want Bama"
I fell out of my chair laughing. I know, I know, you had to be there.

This is a young man with work ethic, quiet leadership and perspective. I will not be surprised to see him in the NFL for a few years; nor will I be surprised to see him coaching LB’s at the college level in a few years. Thanks and good luck Kendall! Finish strong!

I really think CBV learned a bit from ND. Don’t have to blitz every down. Just contain tua and clog the passing lanes and get them big ole mitts up every down.
Uga had a good game plan against him, make him hurry and get happy feet. I really don’t see him running a whole lot, or not designed runs anyway.
Don’t get sucked in by trying to read his eyes. Trust your teammates and the alignment.
