I know someone will TD me, but I believe that taking Vitamin C, Vitamin D, vitamins with zinc, and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle daily helped me to get over COVID within 3-4 days.
True story... I felt worse after the first vaccine than I did after having COVID.

Yet throughout the entire pandemic I have not seen one message from the government about doing the things that will improve your natural immune system. Especially for those that need to lose weight and improve their diet and exercise. And if you look at the data it’s very very clear the people that are dying from Covid. Yet the narrative has always been lockdowns until vaccinated. Now even vaccinated they want lockdowns. It just proves what I’ve been saying from the beginning, this is about money power and control!
