The whole media narrative was that Dabo berated him for missing the kick. That was entirely false, he crawled him because he was not engaged and ready to go out onto the field when they decided to kick the FG instead of going for it on fourth down.

If we get to that point, it won't likely be announced ahead of time.

When a starter loses their position for not doing the right thing, Dabo always announces it because he wants to use it to send a message to everyone that they better stay focused.

When that starter takes the job back he typically doesn't address it or mentions it as a quiet side note.

He doesn't want to call negative attention to the backup player who is returning to normal duties and has lost his chance to take over.

He is a coot and won't admit he was wrong.

He is anti-Dabo and he would try to claim that Potter overcame adversity in spite of Dabo to keep from giving Dabo any credit.
