Differing opinion from me. I thought the article gave short shrift to the fact that when massage therapists (with wide ranging practices & services) massaged DW4 they were star struck by his wealth and celebrity. And the plaintiffs' attorney was very active in rounding up clients.
DW4 certainly demonstrated poor judgement and wrecked his image. We can agree on that.
That said, I believe some of the plaintiffs will be impugned and wrecked if the case goes to court. And DW4 will pay off the balance of plaintiffs quickly.

Wouldn’t say its a fair article. There’s an assumption of guilt from the writer.

You’re a nut if you think that’s fair!

I’m pretty sure ONE woman came forward initially, then many others joined the bandwagon to get their $$$.
Why didn’t SI entertain that possibility?

The continual harping on “ 22 women” is unnecessary and under cuts the authors argument in my mind. Likewise the speculation about the prosecutor’s presentation to the Grand Jury is just that, speculation and does not add to the case. Is there any evidence other than A “He said, She said” case.. I don’ Think it a fair article at all.

Let’s be honest, DeShaun used poor judgment and set himself up naively but please stop with the predator/ abuser crap. No evidence anything happened that wasn’t consensual. The very fact the lawyers were able to get 22 women to participate is evidence to me they have no case. Did you use roundup and get cancer? It’s a mini class action where the whole case is to flood the zone and force a settlement to make it go away. The article is crap. DeShaun should have known better but enough, I’m still a DW4 fan and hope he kills in Cleveland.

If you call that fair, I hope you aren't sitting on any juries anywhere ever. That "article" was completely biased. It was an opinion piece.

He's certainly not guilty of a crime but I think it's fair to assume he enjoys his time off the field. Certainly his right to do so, but just not that wholesome image we like view him in
