Thought it'd be wise to hang on to them...till they decided to grow sideways. What the heck is the point in these things anyway. What did they do a few hundred years ago?

It feels like it is taking forever to heal. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled when I was 16 and I healed a lot faster.
Plan out 2-3 days of meals that won't get a lot of particles down in your empty socket. It's hard to clean down in there and you aren't even supposed to swish water around for the first 24 hrs. Mashed potatoes have been my go-to.
Take your pain meds and lay around for a few days.

I had my done at around 17 as well

They used gas to knock me out. When I came to I got up out the chair and walked out. The dentist was seriously like woah woah woah. My dad was with me bugging me to sit back down, I was like let's go. I felt great the rest of the day. The next day however was he'll I threw up and felt like shet all day.
