Going forward how would you handle the kicking gm?

Grooms is not the answer (he misses half of his extra pts during garbage time) so the fact that the kicking job is up for grabs is completely irrelevant IMO.
Going forward I think you give Spence an opportunity to make kicks early in the game. If he misses his first one, then you go for it the rest of the way unless it's like 4th and 10+. Now if he's struggling to kick his extra points straight (like vs Syracuse even though he was barely sneaking them inside the goal post), then you don't even give him an opportunity to kick unless it's 4th and 10+.

I think you just start playing 4 downs like has already been mentioned. If the distance is too far take a delay of game and try to pin them back with Spiers
That’s about all we can do if we aren’t kicking fgs anymore

Wrong wrong and wrong. You bring your offense out spread the field. If it's 4th and a mile you pooch punt and pin them deep so they won't have a return man. You rely on your defense to keep the field position switched in your favor and then most importantly you don't get conservative call wise. You pass the ball and actually use a TE or wr across the middle.

So what will you do if it's 4th and goal @ 19 yd line

You have to kick that right? It's too close to pooch punt and to low of a percentage to convert that convert that.

Stick with Spence. That's our best bad option.

Dabo says he does it in practice, so maybe he will settle down now with some game experience. I would keep everything the same. It's not like we have a D Watson converting 4th downs for us.

He's 2 of 6 on FG attempts. That is NOT acceptable.

Every possible option available to the team should be considered.

Obviously not. I would adjust as I stated.

I would have him attempting them inside a 40 yarder, otherwise I would be punting unless it was 4th and short.

Inside a 40 yarder ?!?!?!

No way I let him attempt anything outside of 25 to 30 yards.
He needs some gimmes to regain his confidence.
It's clearly in his head now.

Unless we are inside the 10 in the middle of the field, it

is 4 down territory out to the 40 yard line.
Best if our coaches and team know those expectations from the get go.

I believe Dabo is just twisting the screws on Spence by allowing other kickers to take reps.
I doubt anyone will beat him out of the start.

if we're at 30 yards or less, we go for it on 4th downs, but if we're at more than 30 yards, we do a short punt to pin them deep.
