Going for it late in the game…

I really wanted Dabo to punt with 5 minutes left. The defense was playing lights out and if you can pin them back you can impact play calling etc. There was plenty of time with the timeouts to do this.

If the d got the stop after we went, we would have still had the ball in poor field position as opposed to punting and getting the ball back with good field position.

This was a big mistake.

By the way, UGA is not going undefeated with their offense. The Tigers have more up side in that regard than do the Dogs. Until they get their receivers etc back anyway.

Offense played scared like the OC.

Our offense has been exposed period.

Sometimes you gotta make a change that

is best for the team. I have been a CLEMSON

fan for ever never seen an offense that lame.

Punt without any doubt was the best call. Punt and play defense and get the ball back. Kirby would be in prevent we would have been in m 2 minute drill that DJ practices everyday fast tempo. Would have gone down the field and scored.

Less than 5 minutes to go....the coaches should have came up with a better plan to incorporate some mis-matches like putting Ngata or Davis Allen on Ringo.......Dixon or Shipley on a linebacker.......tell DJ to run if there is 8 to 12 yards of green in front of you then slide if they come near you.

We had the ball to at least force overtime at that time. It was no need to give it back to them in order to try to force overtime again. We could have won that game.
