He has never returned a punt or kick for a TD, and his longest punt return last year was 23 yards. Less of a weapon and more of a water pistol.
Dude just has a great agent.

I love Ray Ray. I am glad he's getting paid. Yaknow I was instrumental in Ray Ray's development as a punt returner since I was there when he first started learning to catch punts. Yep, I was there and watched him drop quite a few punts for the Tigers.
