Their stadium seats around 60k, it’s tough to see with the blue seats, but I’d bet there’s around 40k there tonight. Their fan base is the equivalent of GT as far as interest in football. This conference has big problems with some of their better known schools and is exactly why the ACC has and always will have a horrible disparity in TV deals

I actually like Mack Brown. Just thought it was funny that that phrase could be used to describe both him and Spurrier. I believe you are correct and certainly hope Brown doesn’t do it the way Spurrier did, but both will have retired on their own terms and when they were ready.

Well , true but here’s the situation in chapel hill. Mack loves the university like no other. His wife is an alum and if I’m not mistaken couple kids are too. The university and fan base love Mack. On top of that there’s not the pressure to win big like there is at Clemson. So, Mack will leave when it’s best for the program.
He was the coach when I was there way back when. I’ve met him several times and he is sincerely one of the most genuine human beings I’ve ever met. He’s similar to Dabo in that regard and that probably why they are friends.

I know you have a hard time understanding very basic concepts, so let me try to help you out. When a power five team gives up 24 points to an HBCU that is missing dozens of players on opening night at home, it is cause for scrutiny. And it should be.

It's hard to believe those turds haven't won an ACC Championship in football since 1980. 42 years-let that sink in. You would think they would have won at least one at some point. Mack didn't really get it done first time he was there.

They pretend to like football but they really don't care. If they are having a good year they will show up. Last night they had maybe 20,000. That is why the ACC is in the situation it is in.
