Brownell will be back.

No way they fire him after one of the most successful seasons in Clemson basketball history. That statement itself is flashing billboard of decades of accepted basketball cellar dwelling by the Clemson leadership. It’s not all’s coaches fault - unfortunately.

The coots had a the best FB season they have ever had when the rest of the sec was at their worst, and that is the same for brownlee this season with ACC being down at their worst this season!!! just bc our conference was down, it don't make us good, see #10 seed Rutgers!!!

Agree completely.

But it’s just further evidence of lack of commitment. It took us how many years to finally win in Chapel Hole? They’ve had bad teams before - we were just always worse lol.

He will be back and with Duke and UNC getting their act together next year we will be back to playing the first day of the ACC tourney.

anywhere close to one of the most successful seasons in Clemson basketball, but a tourney bid is a notable achievement.

Problem is that this tourney appearance had a much different feel than any in Clemson's past and it wasn't a good one!

He’s going absolutely nowhere. He has a peach of a job where all he has to do is go slightly above average. Supporters like JK and all the radio hosts on WCCP will be trying to convince us all that we should be grateful he graces our sidelines on the court.
