really young to be an AD or just looks really young? He definitely talks like an undergrad. I mean no disrespect, but I am just saying, he looks young

Very nice guy. One phone call from President Clements to Coach Swinney the extent of interview for one of the best jobs in college athletics. Nice guy who has never hired or fired or managed an athletic program at this level and mentoring not a strong suit for DRAD. nice guy who avoids confrontation and difficult decisions.

Yeah I'm wondering too. Maybe he will do fine on cosching hires but has no track record to even judge yet
