Grand daughter update-

Checked out fine on EKG and bloodwork. No obvious reason for her to faint. SHe gets a day off school and a follow up with her Dr. Feels fine so we are still wondering what caused it. Concerned but also relieved so far. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers.

Low iron levels are a common issue when kids faint for no obvious reason.

My daughter has had a few similar episodes over the years, starting when she was pretty young. She, too, is a swimmer, and in otherwise excellent health. Unfortunately, there is not always an explanation. Great news that she is ok !
