Daniel Rodriguez T-shirts

Hey all, I saw a picture with the caption "Purple Hearted, Orange Blooded" on Facebook and loved it and thought if Sammy has his own shirts why can't D-Rod? I don't know, maybe it's just me but I would pay good money for a Rodriguez t-shirt as a way to support not only the Tigers, but Mr. Roriguez, and all of our military men and women with and maybe half (or some part) of the proceeds going to benefit a charity like The Wounded Warrior Project.

On the shirt it would say "Purple Hearted, Orange Blooded" with an "83" (or whatever number he ends up getting) and a Tiger Paw. It was just a quick thought and I don't know how to get something like this rolling if people actually had interest, just thought I would put my idea on here and see what people thought.

I guarantee that if you put a Tiger Paw or anything related to Clemson on it that the university licensing office will be paying you a visit.

Schools don't take too kindly to individuals profitting off of their logos or images...without them getting paid, too.

I wasn't planning on making them on my own. I was seeing if people would like the idea and maybe try and pitch it to someone who actually has the ability and licenses needed to make the shirts.

several years ago, my wife "invented" a food product called "Hokie Oil"...we live 20 miles from Blacksburg. It was a decorative bottle with dried cranberries (maroon color) and dried papaya (orange color) with the bottle filled with canola oil. The oil could actually be used for cooking, dipping, etc, but was mainly sold as a decorative conversation piece. We had to pay Collegiatte Licensing through the nose to use the name Hokie Oil. It sold, but the fees ate away all of the profit!
