Does anyone else know if there are any other schools with this kind of program? I think this is just one of many things that make Clemson such a special place.

I've had the opportunity to be around 2 or 3 of these kids. The program is awesome but the kids make it awesome. I volunteer at a place where some of these kids volunteer and it is a heart warming experience. Being around them will brighten one's day.

It never gets old. That feeling when you realize that you are going to Clemson. So proud for this young lady and so blessed to be able to say, "I went to Clemson"!!!!! Go Tigers!

My daughter Melissa Hayden Potter lived with 3 Life students

For 3 years! She is very gifted. She graduated Summa ### Laude with a 3.96 GPA in Special Eductation. She was offered a scholarship for her Masters degree to Vanderbilt to help develop a resident program, but she declined. God told her to get into a classroom.
She and her fiancé (Grey Rhodes, also a Life RA) both excepted jobs at Easley High School. I have already seen her change lives with her students.
Hayden starts work this week. She told me her classroom is the bomb. She is a special ed Resource Teacher. She will have 21 students with her largest class being only 7. The one I want attention the students will get will undoubtably change their lives.
Proud.
