You not kidding. And that's exactly what kind of hire I'd expect. Both are top notch recruiters. We've lost both our top notch recruiters.

Kendall Briles was an unmitigated disaster at FSU. (He was the OC Taggart's 2nd year.) But, I assure you, his failure was 100%, not 90 but 100, the fault of Taggart.

If he and Dabo both agree what style and tempo of offense they are going to run and both agree to it and Dabo lets him run the offense, in practice and games, I think Briles would be a good hire.

I won't go into detail, but let's just say Taggart and Briles were never on the same page with regard to offensive philosophy and how to run the offense during practice. A quote from an observer, "FSU never ran the offense in practice that they tried to run in games."
