As much as I hate to say it. Easily the best bet on New Years Day. I also think Clemson wins by more than 7. Place your bets..... you will need the money for this National Championship ticket.

Oklahoma can't stop the UGA running game. They will have to score every time they get the ball or they will fall behind. UGA D will stop them enough. 56-24 UGA.

UGA would need four games to put 56 up on anybody. And their defense has seen nothing like the barrage that’s coming. 40-24 OU. Maybe worse

I think I'd stack up OU D against any of those defenses for sure. The ONLY offense UGa has faced remotely close is Auburn. You may be right...I just don't see it.

Really? They play in the SEC East. They’ve played nothing but cupcakes all year. The only reason they beat Auburn in the SECCG was because AU was without Pettway & Joyner. OU defense is going to shock you

Don’t see it, the last two times OU has faced an SEC D in post season (Auburn and Bama) they shredded them. They shredded 3 top 20 defenses this year. I just don’t see UGA beating them.

How can you predict a 32 point Georgia victory when the Vegas spread is only a 1 to 2 point line at most?

The Oklahoma offense will have their heads spinning. There's no way the dogs offense can keep up with the points being scored on their defense.
A good Georgia effort will fall short.

I went back and looked at Oklahoma's 2015 year to find that they averaged 45.75 points per game during that season. Then they played a team with a real defense - Clemson - and scored 17 points. They have been playing against and with weak defenses this year until now. GA plays defense. While the outcome is anybody's guess, my educated guess tells me that the esteemed Heisman winner will be running for his life much like he did against Clemson in 2015. My money is on GA, and I am really hoping for a GA-Clemson final...EPIC!

to win. I was the first to point out that Bama getting the 4th seed provided an opportunity for Clemson to be the first team ever to beat 4 SEC teams in the same season. That was during the time when Tnet was whining about two SEC teams, Bama not having a divisional or conference championship.

Smart is building UGA just like Bama, to stop pro-style offenses and to play offense the same way. OU will put up the same kind of numbers that we put on Bama the last two years.

An important difference is that we were able to contain Bama's run game. I don't think Oklahoma will be able to stop UGAs

When the opponent stops their running game, which QB will most likely be able to move his team through the air - the experienced on the big stage Heisman Trophy winning senior with the best passing offense in the nation or the 19 year old?

The sooner's d did play better at the end of the season, they are not the dominating type, and get gashed on occasions, but come up with some big stops aalso. Their o on the other hand is capable of scoring big, but the key to stopping them is containing mayfield. I think ok will really pour it on speed wise on offense and try to wear ga down. I think they will try to run 80 to 90 plays. If ok is successful doing this they win. ga will be able to make some yards on the ground, but if ok jumps out to a sizable lead ga does not have the air game to get into a throwing contest with ok. Whoever builds a sizable lead early in the game more than likely will win. I see ok winning 31 to 24.

It will be a shoot out and that favors OU. I will take mayfield and the OU passing attack over the UGA running game. Just my 2 cents.
