We're running out of folks to get mad at so we just need to wait for Dabo or the staff to make a comment then we can reignite the bon fire for another week til Brad Brownell loses another game.

Keep your torches and pitchforks ready y'all -- we'll have something to be uproared about soon and with a little luck we can hold that fire til the spring game

How is it possible that so many “Clemson fans” have trouble comprehending the English language. Dabo has repeatedly declared from the day he was elevated to Head Coach that developing the young men in his program is far more important to him than winning ball games. Yet his philosophy has proven to be effective. Recruit quality players and help them realize their full potential both on and off the field. Yet now the mindset is bring in anybody with enough stars regardless of their character or how they might negatively impact the culture. It’s not going to happen, nor should it. So let it go and either trust the system and the man who put it in place or go pull for another team. Dabo isn’t going anywhere. It’d cost $85 million to fire him and CU doesn’t have that kind of money. So quit your whining and remember that life is cyclical. All good things come to an end. Great days are ahead for our Tigers but it will take time to rebuild. Yet I have confidence in Dabo to lead us back to “ the Promised Land.” Go Tigers!

Dabo tells the story. He had graduated from Bama and was headed into private sector. Gene Stallings told him he was going to be a grad assistant. He essentially insisted on it. If Stallings had never done that, there is no way Tommy Bowden would have offered him a job on his staff.

So, the real blame for the 11-3 record this year goes to Gene Stallings.
