IMO--there should be an extra long "show cause" penalty for this clown before some SEC school or Louisville hires him

He should be sued in civil court since his lack of action on early cases enabled the environment for the later crimes.

I don't know how many student-athletes there are at Baylor, but 10% of the incidents attributed to football does not seem out of line.

In 2015, the student enrollment at Baylor was 16,787. There are 105 football players on the Baylor roster. Doing the math, the football team accounts for .6% (six tenths of one percent) of the student population but is committing 10% of the sexual assaults. I'd say that is a significantly high number of crimes for such a small concentration of young men - especially if my daughter were one of their victims.
