I swear Todd G has had more jobs in the last 10-15 yrs than most families have their entire lives. He always lands on his feat but I bet he quit buying houses 10yrs ago and only rents since he seems to use the transfer portal quite often.

At least Mullin makes a move when he sees an issue with the oline and defense. We have had issues forever yet no moves.
Hoping moves are made at the end of the season to keep the Tigers in the elite tier of college football.

It's a better method for sure, but Caldwell has been a dumpster fire for years. It's been a glaring weakness, and we've won in spite of the OL for years. That's a move that definitely needs to be made in the offseason.

Granted these guys may have needed to be fired but Mullen is feeling the heat and IMO he is counting on these coaching changes to keep his head off this year's chopping block. If Mullen looses to FSU - I don't think there will be anything he can do to buy another year in the Swamp.

Bringing in a DC and OL coach who don't know the players with two thirds of the season played won't help. But we all knew that.

Yet Swinney seems to be incapable of doing the same. Says the coaching staff is excellent and implies it is the players fault.

So Mullen doesn't believe in recruiting during the season but he has no problem with conducting coaching searches during the season? Interesting approach.
