Gamecock Will Fired by WCCP

I've long said that Will was used by WCCP to stir the pot. I'm sure they didnt actually give him a check...rather they paid him in generic cigarettes and potted meat.
But since they moved to 105.5 The Roar, he's no longer calling in or sitting in the studio. That's where I knew he was a character they used. What other caller is invited to sit in the studio?
Just curious if I missed something or they actually quit using him when they began to remake the station.

what he sounded like. I used to work with him, and I can promise you he is not a radio character. He is truly a delusional coot fan who obsessively called the talk shows on WCCP, and stirring the pot is what he lives for. I think the entertainment value finally wore off, however, and his banter became more and more ridiculous to the point that they finally said enough is enough.

Even though he was a ridiculous coot fan I still laughed every time he called in. His calls were so ignorant you had to laugh at him.
