Gamecock tradition

While teaching third grade Sunday school this AM a little guy whose dad works for Carolina was telling me about attending his second Gamecock football game last night . He was very upset that Samuel broke his leg last night and my response was " I am too he is a great football player" . He then shyly looked up and said " I heard the eff word last night .... A lot". My response was to tell him that was very bad and people should not use that language especially in front of young ears . I must admit upon reflecting on it , he better find a new team

Aw poor fellow. Not his fault that he is being raised to support the gamecocks! Maybe when he is older he can break away from that madness!
