I mean, when did South Carolina turn into a third-world country?

The difference between us and Kentucky is astounding. Then again, we didn't get ourselves the Senate Majority Leader for eight years, whose wife was also the Secretary of Transportation.

But there is nary a pothole in all Kentucky right now. Say what you will about Mitch, the man gives his constituents some amazing roads.

SC is $120 annually.

Both are to make up for lost gas tax revenue
