FYI on parking passes

JUST IN CASE PEOPLE HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT PARKING PASSES BEING MOBILE OR PAPER PRINTED, i got my email today from iptay that says the parking passes will be mailed to the a address listed on your account so this should answer anyones questions as to whether the parking passes or mobile or printed..

Going mobile on parking passes would be a nightmare for enforcement. How will they know if a car in a spot is not supposed to be there if the owner ventures off to the Esso or somewhere? Registrations may not match IPTAY donor. Heck, I have driven other people's cars and parked in my spot before.
