Makes you appreciate the Championship Seasons even more. We had less depth and fewer injuries in those seasons.
Make the most of each season, enjoy it and play the healthy tigers!
We can still have a great finish to this season.
I remember when 9-3 plus a good bowl game was a decent season. A

Go Tigers, Beat Wake!!

Finally we know the whole story. Some type of foot injury.

Been waiting all day for that scoop.

It was known last Saturday that Shipley hurt his foot. Dabo said earlier this week that he looked better but probably hold him unless really needed. People all day act like coaches are not playing players but if they are hurt, I guess they are hurt?

That said, I think kids are softer today than they used to be and coaches have to coddle them more so parents don't get mad and they don't get lawsuits. Plus, we are smarter about injuries today than we used to be. But I think the whole CTE thing brought in a whole new layer of conservative play.

But when the game is under control, no need to play a guy that really needs another week to heal. I would rather Shipley healthy for Coots than play injured for UConn.

God, shut up.

I love how much Dabo understands Clemson

And how much he appreciates the fans.

But this year I am confused about his total support of DJ. If Excellence is the Standard, how can he justify playing DJ so much? Other players make 1 or 2 mistakes, and have to fight for playing time. And Dabo tells us how well DJ plays in practice. But clearly it is not translating to game day. All I can figure is that Taisan is not close to being 100%.

I hope we can get more quality depth at QB. In the meantime, can someone teach DJ to look at more than one target? Even Hunter Helms does that.

I'm tiered of hearing that DJ needs more confidence, played 10 games and needs more confidence?, well I say put TP in because he has the confidence to move the Tigers!

UCONN beat the Tigers up?

Nov 14, 2021, 11:32 AM

I would not admit that if I was on the coaching staff.

FWIW, Wake had a few, & NCSU had many injuries in their game***
