When you play a nobody, you can do that. Wake is looking pretty bad this year. Looking forward to this weekend, but you can bet that Mark May and slobber jaws Holtz along with Corso will pick FSU. Hope they do, shows how dumb that trio is. GO TIGERS, BEAT THE NOLES.

get and very impressive. I can dismiss Savannah State, but shutting out Wake was impressive. That said, our O is our strength and I like how we match up, strength for strength.
How our front seven handles their OL will be the deciding factor in this game. That and turnovers. We can't turn it over and win. On the other hand, force a few from them and I like our chances very much.
Btw, I sure hope they're believing all the hype about themselves. That will help, too.

...and Clemson beat a bad AU team by 7 and two nobodies. VT is the best team Clemson has beaten in two years and they aren't much better than average. I wouldn't get your hopes up.

FSU is not any better this year than we are. We are both better. Va Tech is not better.
The real difference is going to be who wants it the most.
We have the harder task because we are on the road in a hostile environment at night, but our ability to focus should be much better there than here too b/c the players won't have the emotional distraction of our fan euphoria. It will take a 'Clemson against the world' type mentality and determination.
And yes, I believe the defense we have see thus far has been very reserved on purpose. Working on fundamentals and discipline not scheme. Coach V will mix up the scheme multiple times in the game and some big plays for our D will create a momentum train!
Get some popcorn and beer and enjoy the show! Gonna be a helluva night for the Tigers!
