And increases the taxes. Just wait for the next several years. I'm sure there will be more to come.

I'm ok with everything increasing at the rate of inflation. But I guarantee you it will continue with new "revenue" generators

IPTAY's purpose is to separate you from your money and give it to Clemson athletics. For the right to buy certain season tickets or park in certain spots on gameday. You get a few more perks, but not many. It's your call as to whether you pay up or not.

I got away with not paying Tennessee state and Georgia state taxes over several years actually . Mariners can sometimes skirt state taxes if they live 2/3rds of the year outside of the state they " reside" in . Not sure why they never caught up with me . Too late now , suckers !

No exactly! They are trying to balance the budget.. Democrats not so much. I could include the republicans too now.

wanting something for free from the powers that be, sounds like you are the Democrat. If you want something, go earn it, the American way, or at least used to be. Get off the nipple.

I am hardly a democrat. I have always paid my way. I paid my own way to Clemson and dental school. I don't mind working for anything and paying for it. I do mind paying for inferior products or service.
Taught my kids the same thing, both the value of good service and paying for good service. When we would go out to eat and there were four kids, after ever meal and it came time to pay up, school started. I would ask them what was 15% of the bill. Taught them what ten percent was and what half of that was ( the 5%). Added it up for the 15%. Then I would get them to evaluate their employee ( the server ). Was it great service, good, fair or poor. It was common for them to say good or great and we would add and extra five or ten percent to the tip. This continued until they went to Clemson.
Three of them work in the restaurant industry today and I bet you they give great service! You may not tip well, but they were taught best is standard, long before Dabo. It was a life long lesson for them.

It's more like a 5 star restaurant. You have to make reservations and you must pay for dinner but you can go to Hardees and get a burger meal and coke for six or seven dollars.

So did you think all the building projects underway were going to pay for themselves? Isn't it worth paying a few more bucks to continue to have the kind of program we currently have in football and hope to have in basketball and baseball? "If you dance to the music, you've got to pay the piper."

IPTAY is going to go up, and I'll pay it. If someone can't pay, there's someone in line waiting for their seats and parking.

IPTAY is selling a product and it's improving

When products get better and the competition doesn't, then the price goes up. So, what is your alternative spend besides IPTAY? If the value of that spend goes up, then quite paying IPTAY. Personally, my kids college fund is in much better shape since I quite sending $2K a year to IPTAY. I buy tickets to the games I want and usually spend less than my old season tickets. I have a deeded parking spot in Tiger Park, so that piece is covered. When the last one gets out of Clemson, I might start back.
