ever, including on our radio station, but I think what is going to destroy it isn't X's and O's but culture. When you have something like culture fit that is the problem it manifest is not so obvious ways. Time will be the enemy of this hire, he's out in 3 years. Year 1 may even seem great, wait until year 3. Mark the post.
