I'm sorry, but given Spurrier's track record for saying things, I won't put much stock in his opinion about an injury. That was one of the most gruesome injuries.

Now, if he does try to come back in 2014, at what cost and for how long? He'll now have had two major injuries, one to each knee. He's risking crippling himself for what? Yes, he is one of the best RB/TB's out there when healthy and had a chance at the NFL, but what owner is going to take the risk of paying Latti all that money just to have him go down again early in his career? I'm not an expert, but I think it's probably better for him to just call it a career and focus on his education.
