Did anyone who redshirted this fall get an email from IPTAY this week with an update that on Friday, September 4th is when we'll choose our refund option?

I emailed IPTAY this morning and shared my frustrations. They emailed me back earlier this evening and said if you redshirted, you will be able to choose what to do on Friday, September 4th with your refund options.

IPTAY also claimed that they sent all of this information in a mass email Thursday night and I "must have missed it".

Which appears for those of us who chose to redshirt, was not the case. Just wanted to double check and see if this was just me or a bigger issue with their communication.

communication. I have been an IPTAY member for 22 years and stopped getting communication from them 2 years ago. I have made several attempts to get this corrected and each time have heard "we have fixed the issue" but it has never been fixed. They are best at cashing our checks but not very good at correcting their own mistakes. Rant over.....I emailed them IPTAY and CUtix and informed them that I wanted a full refund of both IPTAY dues and season ticket cost. I received an email shortly after with a link to the form that needs to be filled out. The form also stated that a paper check would be sent in 8-10 weeks.
