Looking for restaurant suggestions, I’ve been to hot tin roof, Lola’s, hog Fish Grill, and Pepes. All are good, but looking for something new, any comments would be appreciated

it was always good. Ive eaten at a bunch of places on Duvall and none of them really stood out.
If you ae going fishing.. ask the 1st mate which restaurant will cook up your catch.. Last time i went we caught some grouper and Mahi mahi and took it to The pier house to cook. best fish i ever had.

El Siboney Cuban Restaurant in Key West. Locals recommended it to us when we were looking for something that wasn’t part of the tourist trap stuff. One of the best, most authentic Cuban restaurants in South Florida.
Also, Square Grouper. It’s in Cudjoe Key, but worth the drive, if you have time. Fantastic local seafood.

I'll second your recommendation on El Siboney. My wife and I were there about a month ago. That place is a little hard to get to but it is great.

Go to Duvall St. Garden of Eden is a nudist bar. Irish Kevin and Sloppy Joe's are always a good time.

Martin's and Pinchers
Jun 27, 2022, 1:25 PM
|
|
Martin's is located at 917 Duval St. We ate dinner here and were promptly seated in a nice courtyard and our server was attentive and helpful. My wife loves grouper and felt that this was the best that she has ever eaten. My choice was the Spaghetti Bolognese and it was perfectly delicious. We an appetizer, the shrimp/scallop skewers, were great.
Pinchers is on Duval. We ate dinner on the 2nd floor porch and enjoyed watching the activity on Duval Street while enjoying a great meal. Best hot crab and cheese dip we have ever had anywhere and it's large and very sharable for two to four people. I also had an appetizer for my meal which were jumbo shrimp topped with delicious crab meat. My wife had the black grouper which was more expensive that their regular grouper which she did not feel was worth the extra cost although it was a huge piece of fish that she could not finish even with my help.

Not in Key West but on the way. Stop in at the Fish House in Key Largo. Get the panfried yellowtail snapper. Best fish dinner in the keys. You will thank me later.

Been Key Wasted and Key Wierded too many times

Sailed there several times, however the last time, they built a "disco" right on the water, and tired of the same old song "SHAKE YOUR BOOTY" over and over until 3 AM, while I tried to sleep on my sailboat anchored out in the harbor. That was last century, so if the same now, it would be too wild for me, at age 77,
