Rashard's lack of mobility, especially laterally, is going to hurt him at the next level.

His constant desire to make the big INT gets him in trouble, too. Considering he's a 4-year starter, his lack of discipline is a red flag. Very frustrating seeing the most veteran DB on the team sill biting on play-fakes/trying to jump routes & getting caught cheating up into the box.

Not trying to be a downer, but I think he'll be a late-rounder, or possibly go undrafted.
