I could watch college FB on TV/Cable without them..I Would!
Something is wrong with this scene IMO..and one reason college FB is so unbalanced..especially for the not as popular conferences or teams, or smaller schools.
Take SC Coots..they've gotten ahead of Clemson & 90% of the ACC since they are in the darling SEC (ESPN being the Daddy!)..and thus they have reaped many many millions more of income over the last 10 or so years so to spend on recruiting, planes, coaches, improvements, having better national attention due to ESPN/SEC advertisements, bowl selections, general hype...and now wins.
Not a sore loser since Clemson is doing pretty good IMO..but could you see where we'd be IF we were in the SEC. Yes, opponents say we would lose more games due to the SEC being a tougher league top to bottom (well, mostly at the top for sure)..but then again Clemson would recruit even harder and be in position to tell the recruits we were part of the fabulous SEC..which would have given us some recruits who wanted to play for Clemson but rather went to the "Big Boy" league.
GoTiGERS..keep plugging Men and whip em on the gridiron!
