I'm all for "change" when it's cool.
My problem with the woo hoo is that it's feminine, European sounding, and it's the opposite of intimidating. You would think that Clemson could come up with something a little less lame.

Yeah for me it's Munson and not even close. You're not gonna stop thousands from yelling something, but you can get rid of the guy who sounds like he's never played or watched football in his life.

Fire "dandy Don" without question!!! Put him in charge of every other aspect of media production off air. He is actually pretty good at basic interviews. Find a new voice or hire Pete Yanity if he would reconsider, anybody short of Todd Ellis of USuck would an instant improvement. Time for an actual fan petition drive? Since Dabo loves him, I see no other way to get rid of him.

He always sounds lost. It sounds like he's reading what somebody typed for him. You can tell he never played a sport, especially football. To me a play by play guy has to have a voice that sounds like he knows football, Munson sounds like a high school history teacher

The WooHoo. Munson has been at Clemson for a long time. Don't get me wrong he SHOULD NOT be our play by play but reassign him to the sports information department. Then get a new voice. How is the basketball play by play guy? He seems decent.

Don Munson does a good job and I fail to understand the negative comments on this board. Don is well prepared, loves Clemson and is a great ambassador for the University. The only conclusion that makes sense is that the posters must be friends of Pete Yanity or Will Merritt, who are still upset over the decision and believe posting on Tigernet will get them back as the broadcast team. I guess it is worth a try, but I believe the current AD is smarter than that and he made the right decision.
