Finally! A Clemson Nike shoe for active seniors

Some velcro would have been a nice touch.

My wife bought me some Nike CLEMSON shoes last year, and they are just about worn out (at least on the bottom). As much as I detest Nike, I have to use them as they never hurt my knees (but I don't kneel during my National Anthem so my knees are still okay). They're the only shoe I have ever found that prevents my knees from killing me when I play hard in them. I was unaware that Nike has a different shoe now. I don't need velcro though as these fit snugger than any other tennis shoe I have ever owned. In fact, I have to use a shoe horn to get them on. :)

Should try New Balance walking shoe with Velcro closures. No Clemson colors but great for walking.
And you will not be supporting Nike!

Burned all of my Nike stuff a year ago. They won't use any of my money paying Colon Crapernick.

Use to love Nike running shoes. They were comfortable and wore well. The last few years the quality has been horrible. The shoes are flimsy and poorly made. In addition, the styles are obnoxious. I got it that I am no longer in their target market. But can you make a few shoes that aren't neon green or red? How about a nice grey or blue?

They were probably spending too much on Colon

and not enough on quality. I switched to Rebok DMX Max. I get about 800 miles out of a pair before the sole wears through (unfortunately my walking course is mostly concrete and asphault).
